Did  you think about to use your existing PC  infrastructure for simulation or  training of Siemens S7 hardware PLCs?

 
The Soft-PLC ABC W32416 emulates a Simatic S7-CPU 416 including a CP443-1. You can test your S7 programs completely by this software without using expensive hardware. The ABC W32416 is perfectly suited for troubleshooting.
 
Additionally you can test links to your Ethernet-CPs.
 
No extra parameterization tools are required to use the ABC W32416. You are programming the Soft-PLC as usual by the STEP®7 Simatic Manager (incl. HWconfig, NETPro).
 
As programming interface an Ehternet / TCP link is used. Thus the Soft-PLCs can be installed on the same PCs as the Simatic® Manager (Step7) or any other PC in the network.

The Soft-PLC is also available for Simatic® S5 CPU945 (W32945) and CPU948 (W32948).

 
Worldwide unique are the Mixed Mode variants  W32416-945 and W32416-948. By the Mixed Mode S5 and S7 programs are parallel processed. By the Mixed Mode S5 Blocks can be further used in S7 programs.
 
New: ABC W32416 is also available as server version. Thus multiple Soft-PLCs running on one Windows operating system.
